What is Multi-Organisation Access?
Think of this feature as your professional wardrobe organiser! It neatly arranges all your work identities in one place, letting you switch between different employer accounts with a tap while keeping everything perfectly sorted.
Step-by-Step Process to Add an Account
Jump into the Metarelic People app with your primary account.
Go to Account Settings.
Click the Add Account or Link Another Account button.
Enter your Organisation Code if asked.
Type in your work email for the new organisation.
Tap Send OTP.
Check your email for the OTP
Enter the OTP back in the app.
Hit Verify OTP or Add Account.
Success! Now you're a multi-organisational superstar with seamless access to all your work worlds!
Troubleshooting:
Didn’t Received the OTP?
Double-check your email address – even small typos can send your code to digital limbo!
Take a look in your spam folder – sometimes our messages like to adventure there.
Try the "Resend OTP" button – second time's the charm!
